EUROS PER  APARTMENT

Rental cost is 800 Euro per month, paid in advance.   Damage/cleaning deposit is also 800 Euro.

In addition to rent, residents pay 66.79 Euro per month to cover cleaning/maintenance of common areas, garden maintenance, television licence, Cable TV, outside window cleaning and local authority service charge. 

Residents will have their own gas and electricity bills and if they choose to have a telephone connected will also have a phone bill.

Apartment rentals are available for periods of 12 months or shorter
